The project started 6 years ago, with the domain name registration and putting off other necessities such as live radio, forum platform, blog, event, movie model, and many others, now have over a million registered members
Though the Catholic Church has been around for over 2,000 years and possible is recorded among the oldest church on planet earth, the case of the WOWCatholic is complete different

The Catholic social media site, WOWCatholic, has reached the milestone of 1 million followers on Twitter. The Twitter account was founded in 2013 by Brianna Keilar and Jane Chastant to provide a positive voice for Catholic culture in the digital age.
While the WOWCatholic Social Media Platform's goal is to promote Catholics who are "smart, savvy, and relevant." There are also daily posts with relevant commentary on current events including features like "What does the Pope think about and other happenings around the church
