BREAKING IN THE COURTROOM: BIAS AGAINST TRUMP OR JUST THE LAW?: Judge Juan Merchan just got into a heated argument with Donald Trump's attorney Todd Blanche over his gag order after Alvin Bragg’s team asked the judge to fine Trump $1,000 for each violation on Truth Social.

They also asked the judge to order Trump to remove those posts, about 10 of them, he posted across Truth Social with an immediate effect

NOTE: The prosecution claimed that the posts in question could "pose a very real threat" to the proceedings and one of the posts in contention was when Trump quoted Fox News host Jesse Watters who said, “They are catching undercover liberal activists lying to the judge,” but then added, "to get on the Trump jury."

The prosecution claimed that Trump was not quoting Watters because he added his own words and that was a violation of the gag order not to attack the witnesses, the court, and anyone involved with the trial.

Jesse Watters's post on X Twitter was the same as Trump’s post although it’s unclear whether he made the post long after his show or before Trump quoted him. But Judge Merchan told Trump's lawyer, he is not getting specific answers in questioning Trump’s social media post entries.

It got so bad that Merchan asked the Trump attorney, “Do you have any case law you want to hand up or any other arguments you'd like to make?”

Trump lawyer Blanche, responded, “This gag order: we are trying to comply with it. There is no doubt that Trump is being very careful with your Honor's Order.”

Merchan then erupted, “You are losing all credibility with the court, I have to tell you right now. Is there anything else you want to tell the court?”

NOTE: Trump's lawyer argued that Trump had to respond for instance when Michael Cohen attacked Michael Avenatti who had been talking to Trump's team and had agreed to testify. Cohen claimed he might be seeking a pardon from Trump if elected.

The judge almost attacked Trump's lawyer asking him whether he had spoken to Avenatti to know what he meant, but did not rebuke Cohen for what appeared to be an intimidation of a witness.

The jury is not in the courtroom for the hearing and will return later this morning to hear more testimony from David Pecker, an ex-publisher of the National Enquirer, who allegedly helped broker the deal with adult film star Stormy Daniels, which is at the center of the case.

The media TAKE on this: It already appears that there might be some bias being displayed by the judge, possibly might be wrong but that’s how it appears to be. Sign up to Africa Choice here for more incentives
