INEC has declared the PDP candidate Adeleke winner of the Osun governorship election a true story that Family bonds together can achieve anything great, indeed Adeleke's family has shown once again to the world that Family is everything

As shared by Tosin Ayo while reacting to the just concluded Osun Gubernatorial Election: Factors, Fables, Foxes and Figments.

It will interest you to know that. The Adeleke's are such a big, united, extremely loved, prosperous, generous, and notable family in Ede Osun state Nigeria. They do everything in unison and they have contributed immensely to the growth and development of the Ede town. My visit to the family in Ede as part of my recent NGO activities revealed this much.

We met with the Governor-elect at his Sister's house on the day she was marking her 63rd birthday after seeing and passing by all the edifices owned by the Adeleke in a row.

They own the streets and town. One of them, Late Senator Isiaka Adeleke had governed the State and was at the Senate, the new Governor-elect simply stepped into his wide political shoes.

It was a torrent of people merrily hanging around them and awaiting the emergence of Senator Ademola Adeleke as Osun State Governor.

The blind could also see that he was allegedly robbed of his mandate in the last Guber elections through the inconclusive route, sealed by a conspiratorial merger of forces with Senator Iyiola Omisore to 'conclude' the Collation.

This victory is simply a payback by the Osun people for a supposedly, manipulatively obtained mandate. A united family that bonds together can achieve anything. Throw in Davido's popularity, massive mobilization, and generosity and you have a Governor elected.

It is both risky and dangerous to undermine a popular predecessor in office. Not even one that performed and corresponds with both pettiness and pedestrianism in politics with the people.

Politicians must learn not to ever allow an insider and former bed-sharer to leave their camp with their secret, strategy, and strength no matter what.

Pacify the disgruntled forces before going into any election. Those who dare us leave us no choice but to show them. The defeated incumbent's uncharismatic mien and dis-alignment with his predecessor in office despite his excellent performance played a huge part in his loss.

A house divided against itself will not stand. A consolidation of opposition is a formidable albatross to contend with.
So let's say, It is easy to buy votes for a relatively popular candidate than for an unpopular candidate. When the people's minds are truly made up, money will indeed be collected at the polls, but it will not significantly alter the results of an election. It is extremely difficult to rig out an overwhelming majority with money, especially where the majority also shares money.

Electoral manipulation has become increasingly difficult with the newly amended Electoral Act's introduction of Electronic transmission of results, Bvas technology, and live updates. If you do not want to precipitate a major crisis, especially in an off-cycle election, the people's votes must be left to count.

President Muhammadu Buhari does not seem to be an encourager of electoral manipulation. The APC machinery can collapse after him for all he cares, he will rather look away.

Even if he clandestinely supports you in a Presidential primary election, he will not throw any meaningful weight behind you but will wish you to win and wish you the very best. His hands are often tied by his slow conduct, literally. His facial expression shows this much. Hear no evil, see no evil. If the unaware Baba throws his body language support behind you, just take your destiny into your own hands.

Nigerians seem to be getting tired of the government in power. We can all feel the pangs of pain, the live implications of an insecure nation and a poorly managed national economy. If nothing drastic happens, the APC will have a lot of convincing to do to Nigerians on why they feel they deserve to remain in office beyond 2023.

Contrary to public opinion about the person of Senator Nurudeen Ademola Adeleke, the dancing Senator, my encounter with him shows he is a stern, serious-minded, disciplined, and intelligent man. He campaigned thoroughly across the length and breadth of Osun.

Although, jovial and jolly when he is not busy, he might as well surprise the people of Osun with good governance when he assumes office. Moreover, continually do whatever works for you, dancing inclusive.

The highest office in the land is the office of the Citizen. Godfathers and Politicians must learn not to ever take the people for granted. It's no longer business as usual. When you do not get the politics right, all your governance strides will not be rewarded with votes. Incumbency is a ruse. When people want you out, you will use the door.

Political Karma is such a satire. What put paid to former Governor Ambode's second term bid was disallowed by the same orchestrator when the roles were reversed and Aregbesola wanted to have his way. Governor Oyetola had his way at the party primaries, but the people helped Karma to disallow his ultimate emergence at the polls.

Let the PDP as a party not rejoice yet as the victory is not a conclusive indication that they are wanted back at the helms of our national affairs. Abuse in the hands of an oppressive spouse is not enough Justification to run into the waiting arms of a wicked Ex. Evil is evil, no matter who does it.

Incompetence is as unacceptable as insensitivity mixed with ruthlessness. Let the Obidients equally begin to take its politics local and have candidates in all other elective positions, to make a meaningful impact at the national elections. As it is, Nigeria seems like a two-party State. It's difficult to climb the ladder from the rooftop. Pray, but work, INEC does not count prayer points, only votes.

In all let's say Family love, unity, respect, and support, are everything, as Nigerians continue to celebrate Adeleke winner of the Osun governorship election victory. It's important for us to learn from Adeleke's family, Unity, support, and bonds

While some says, Nigeria is coming back into the hands of the people, these hands will choose their leaders comes the 2023 general election in Nigeria, the people's votes will count!
