I believe it was 1963 when Sidney Pointier starred in Lilies Of The Field. I've always found this film fascinating. In this movie, Homer Schmidt (Pointier) wants to get his car some water. And about drives off until the Mother Superior asks him to finish building a Chapel. Of course, Mr. Schmidt thought this was a bit dubious at first. But he did manage to get the Chapel built. The best scene in the Movie was the Song "Amen". Throughout the Movie we can hear the music playing the Song. I must admit, to this day I still hum this beautiful song.
