There are certain foods we must avoid if we want our body to function as it should.

Certain chemical substances found in the things we consume, can affect fertility either in the negative or in the positive. Although, there have not been any substantial evidence that certain foods can make you more fertile. Without doubt, there are certain chemical substances found in large amount in some foods that we consume that can boost sperm count and motility and stimulates ovulation.

However, note that there is no food that can magical eliminate fertility issues but there are chemical substances found in the foods we eat that can boost the release of eggs and even boost the quality of a man's sperm and vice versa.

Couples who are trying to conceive, are therefore advised to consume certain things or to stay away from some in other to boost their chances of conceiving.
