As seen in the video, Mrs Obiano hit Bianca first, before Bianca stood up and hit her back in what we see as a swing hit back on Mrs. Obiano's hair, 'No A Slap' though both ladies were wrong, as a public figure there are, millions of people, they fans, loves ones and supporters are looking up to them, so displaying such act in public, both ladies should be sanctioned by the Anambra state government, except the government it self condone such ill display
