According to National Institute of Mental Health, "Mental health includes emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, act, make choices, and relate to others. Mental health is more than the absence of a mental illness—it’s essential to your overall health and quality of life". The World Health Organisation also defined it as, “a state of wellbeing in which the individual realises his or her own abilities, can cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and fruitfully, and is able to make a contribution to his or her community”.

Your focus, should not only be only on the big things, like your new investment, your new car or new house but it will pay off a lot if you start by focusing on the little things that are the basis for the bigger things.

Seriously a lot of people irrespective of class, status, and countries where one comes from, are having issues related to mental health conditions

With the ongoing across the world, coupled with the drums of World War 3 that may escalate from Russia and Ukraine war if not well handled, people are suffering, a lot of people are committing suicide, even when the global world is yet to recover from COVID

Before now, Mental health is often considered to be a taboo topic, people hardly talk about it, this is primarily because people are afraid to talk about it.

Mental health is just like physical health. It is something that should be taken seriously and should be talked about openly, people should be encouraged to speak out whenever they are having issues that affect their mental health

We saw how President Joe Biden's post shared yesterday lamenting on how Dr. Lorna Breen died of suicide due to Mental health conditions. See screenshot below

The record has it that, one in five adults in the United States experiences a mental health condition in a given year, this not being about the United States alone, mental health-related conditions are serious issue facing the global world, or ex how can one defend the Russia invasion of Ukraine with a full-blown war on Ukrainians, killing and destroying properties

How can we define the level of wickedness taking place across the world, when will know that good mental health allows people to think, feel and behave in ways that are not only good for themselves but also those around them.

How could we, in other words, I will end here by saying that mental health conditions are real, call for help should you find yourself having

1. Mental health is a critical issue that affects people of all ages and backgrounds.

2. Mental health disorders can cause significant impairment in daily functioning.

3. Mental health disorders are often misunderstood and misrepresented.

4. Mental health disorders can be treated with a variety of therapies.

5. Mental health is an important issue that deserves attention and support.

So talk to someone should you find yourself experiencing mental health-related conditions, don't keep the suffering to yourself alone, seek help and professional support. Thanks, OP for the thread. Thanks from all of us World Forum Live
