Before you read this know that things have changed...and best you adapt to the global threads on job applications, gigs economy. While applying for job placement

In this short report, I will reveal to you some important facts about Your resume, these are not just important, but the most interesting thing your recruiters wants to hear or best read through your resume

Before you apply for a job, try to gather some information bout the company you are applying for, in a case where you are applying for a job and the recruiter/employer is a male or female

It's best you address and refer the people or a person the way they want to be referred to, if its a male, use Sir, if Female Your Ma or ma'am", referring them the way they want to be referred is a key principle of basic decency in any part of the world.

The essence of this short report is to educate you about writing a resume that can land you a job.
You see, a resume (CV) is not a legal document...you can stretch the truth a little bit, you can stretch the truth by letting your recruiter/employer hear or read what they want to

Stretching the truth here doesn't mean you are lying, in fact when it comes to Resume there is no need to put false information, but there are needs to stretch the truth

You do not have to lie but you can just stretch the truth a little bit, by adding. For instance, if the recruiter/employer wants someone with a master's degree and you don't have it, you can say your cumulative experience is equivalent to a master's degree.

You saying your cumulative experiences equal that of the person with a master's degree is stretching the truth and that is simply what the recruiter/employer wants to hear and hear you have put it forward to them in a language they will understand best

Understanding The Purpose Of Your Resume
You must understand the purpose of your Resume which server as an entry point, a way of you getting that first date. It's not a work of art, a validation of your life, an exercise for your vocabulary, or a legal document.

It's just an entry point, It's just a 30 second commercial, an advertisement, to gain the employer's interest and get the interview, almost like gaining her or his interest to get that first date!

When it comes to Resume the reality is no one, no employer cares about a master's degree or a billion PhDs! Every employer only cares about four things.

1. Can you do the work?

2. Can you do the work their way by following their instructions?

3. Are you reliable and willing to do the work?

And

4. Will you come to the job DRAMA FREE? That is...How ready are you to work as a team? will you get along with other people? It's all about doing the work, achieving the goal, and nothing else!

Now go and read and reread your CV/Resume and see if there are needs for you to rewrite it, and best stretch the truth, add in your CV/Resume what the recruiter/employer wants to hear, what they are searching for, should be boldly included in your CV/Resume as these alone will give you an entry for a possible interview section and also learn to use this tips for other interactions.

This also applies to the truth and reality as explained when Albert Einstein's famous quote says: If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough, so learn to make your CV/Resume a perfect lead to getting you that your dream job
