Just, civilization is the process of setting man free from men, possible until we come to understand that human rights come from our Creator, not necessarily in any signed documents or political opinions, The human race should be free and respected by all humans across the world
As you already know, the US government overthrew the queen of Hawaii, took over their land, imposed new laws, declared that Hawaii had become the 50th state of the United States on August 21, 1959, and to this day, doesn't even recognize the native people of Hawaii
This is not new, just like all empires who have reigned before now, there’s nothing legal about acquiring new territories; they are acquired by force, blood, and iron, stolen from others, and the people there are either killed or turned into servants or slaves. The US is no worse than empires that rose and fell, The Athens, Roman empires, Great Britain, etc
The reason empires must protect their acquired territories is not because of the law; it’s because if they don’t, a new empire will rise, and then overthrow them, and turn them into slaves or servants as well.
The empire has to impose new laws and control who gets in, controlling immigration. That is, the new people in charge now impose new laws to maintain power and protect against invasions, while they remain in power
As time passes, the people inside the empire are told that they are legal and that others who come in are illegal too. Those people, unable to see the full picture, begin to describe others as illegal aliens, immigrants, none citizens, forgetting that there’s nothing legal about acquiring land; they are acquired by force, blood, and iron.
The most important thing then is not the law, but strong military and smart spy agencies coupled with a powerful diplomatic arm of the government, who work day and night to enforce these laws against most time humanity
The diplomats have to convince the world that they are good, that they do things legally, that people's boundaries must be respected, and that human rights are important. In reality, it’s all a show and shadowy. Those rights only matter if you’re free, but freedom is an illusion.
This brings me to my final point, as we see how Donald Trump is been dragged left and right by the Joe Biden administration. It seems they will do everything possible to stop him because it’s not about democracy; it’s about those with power. It’s never been about the law; it’s always been about force but force disguised as legal.
And just as they succeeded in overthrowing Hawaii in 1959 they may also stop Donald Trump from contesting for the US Presidential election in 2024
