How Many More Nigerians Will Be Brutally Murdered Before Nigeria Is Placed Back On Countries Of Particular Concern

Sadly, innocent people in this part of the world are brutally murdered daily, innocent masses across states in Nigeria are being killed daily. Among them are children, adolescents, and adults who are being kidnapped, raped, and murdered daily while the Government of Nigeria from the federal level down to the states level do-nothings

What life has turned into in Nigeria is sad to read, hear and watch. The question now is ''How Many More Nigerians Will Be Brutally Murdered Before Nigeria Is Placed Back On Countries Of Particular Concern''

If you are among many, I have been distressed regarding how governments around the world have unsatisfactory responses in standing up for the lives in Nigeria, most important the Christians in Nigeria. I am concerned for Nigerians, I'm worried for my beloved home country

The once giant of Africa is now turning into a place of the cold war, with crimes, insecurity, and spreading high corruption all over Nigeria

We are glad when Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) Washington Correspondent Owen Jensen confronted White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre on Wednesday following the horrific killing on Sunday of a Nigerian priest Rev. Isaac Achi.

Isaac Achi is a priest of St. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Kafin-Koro, Nigeria, in the Minna Diocese. Reading from the comment of a Nigerian police spokesman Wasiu Abiodun, who said that Rev. Isaac Achi was burned alive in his home in the Paikoro area of Niger state, in the country’s north, after gunmen failed to break into his house

When their attempt to break into the Rev's house failed, they set the building on fire and burn down Rev Father Isaac Achi alive. Abiodun added that a second priest living in the compound managed to escape with a gunshot wound to his shoulder, he is currently receiving treatment in an undisclosed hospital

The killing has triggered international condemnation, including from Pope Francis and the United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, before, now making it to the White House.

Nigeria is indeed in a sad state at the moment “How many more Nigerian priests and innocent masses have to be brutally murdered before Nigeria is placed back on the Countries of Particular Concern list,” Owens asked Jean-Pierre during Wednesday’s press briefing.

Responding to the question, Jean-Pierre said “that is something I would refer you to the State Department about — that particular list. Asked again by Owen whether the Biden administration will “forcefully condemn” the acts of violence against Innocent Nigerians most of the Christians faith in Nigeria, Jean-Pierre said the administration condemns “violence of any kind irrespective of the country”

She continues by saying
“So, let me just say we are saddened by the senseless killing. The report — we have seen the reports, and we certainly are saddened by that. We are monitoring the situation as information develops. And so, we hope that Nigerian authorities will quickly bring the perpetrators to justice.

And, of course, we condemn the violence of any kind. And so, that is something that you’ve heard me say over many times from this podium, and that is something that we will continue to condemn, crime to one is a crime to many” Jean-Pierre said.

It will interest you to know that on December 16, 2022, activists confronted Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari while in Washington D.C. over the killing of Christians in Nigeria and condemned the Biden administration for taking Nigeria off the list of the Countries of Particular Concern.

Dede Laugesen, Executive Director of Save the Persecuted Christians, who protested during Buhari’s ‘conversation’ at the U.S. Institute of Peace and was escorted out of the room, described President Buhari of Nigeria as “the mastermind behind the genocide of Christians in Nigeria.”

“I’m out here today with my good friends and fellow activists who are protesting President Muhammadu Buhari’s conversation here at the US Institute of Peace because President Buhari is the mastermind behind the genocide of Christians in Nigeria,” Laugesen said. She added that Buhari is not a man of peace or integrity and that she wanted to ask him about Christians in Nigeria.

Also, Faith Mcdonnell, a human rights advocate for over twenty-eight years, who came with more protesters, described President Buhari’s Of Nigeria invitation to the U.S. Institute of Peace as “appalling”, wondering why an invitation was extended to “the genocidal president of Nigeria” who is “responsible for not only directly, but allowing the continual slaughter of Christians in Nigeria by Boko Haram and Fulani herdsmen and calling it an issue of climate change.

Most times these people kill innocent Nigeria are call it politics, or climate change and downplay the lives of innocent Nigerians which are more at risk with President Buhari's lead government

Dr. Gloria Samdi-Puldu, who hails from Adamawa State in northeastern Nigeria, and is the global director of Give Her Voice and president of the LEAH Foundation, traveled from Nigeria, to ask President Buhari about Leah Sharibu, a Christian girl who was among the 110 schoolgirls aged 11–19 years old who were kidnapped by the Boko Haram terrorist group from the Government Girls’ Science and Technical College (GGSTC) in Dapchi, located in Bulabulin, Bursari Local Government area of Yobe State, in the northeast part of Nigeria.

Leah Sharibu, a Christian schoolgirl aged fourteen at the time of her capture, is the only remaining Dapchi schoolgirl still held hostage. Attacks by armed groups in northern and central Nigeria are frequent, and sometimes target clerics. Rev. John Mark Chietnum was kidnapped in Kaduna state last July and killed.

Just a few days ago, Rev Isaac Achi was brutally murdered, he was burned alive, while the other Priest narrowly escape with gunshot. Same last year a Christian girl was brutally murdered for saying Jesus is Lord in their school WhatsApp group, her name is Deborah Samuel, and she was lynched publicly in a most gruesome manner by her fellow students

These brutally murdered across Nigeria is sad to read, watch and hear, The lives of innocent Nigerians mostly of Christain faith are more in danger now than ever. May God help Nigeria, @Bassey reporting from WorldforumLive
