In recent news, tech mogul Elon Musk has created a buzz in the crypto space by announcing his plans to bring cryptocurrency to Twitter.
Ever since Elon took over Twitter, the tweet platform has continued to grow from strength to strength, and now, Elon Musk has revealed he brings crypto to Twitter. Indeed his venture into this realm is set to be a major game-changer for both the social media landscape and the crypto industry.
In his words. We are working on bringing additional payment methods on Twitter such as crypto payments, which we believe would be a natural fit for Twitter, according to the company’s new CEO Elon Musk.
This was disclosed in Twitter Spaces hosted by Mario Nawfal, where Elon Musk talks about his vision for the future of the social media platform, including the ability to transact in both digital and traditional currencies.
He gave a reference to “WeChat'' which he believes has more functionality than Twitter. It’s kind of a no-brainer for Twitter to have crypto payments, both fiat currency and crypto should be on the list, as that will make payment on Twitter easy for both advertisers and creators

Followed by a researcher named ''Jane Manchun Wong'' who claimed to have found an image of a “Twitter Coin” buried within Twitter’s web app. Sadly Wong’s account is no longer on Twitter and all tweets describing the possible crypto integration have also been deleted.
Musk says he believes crypto assets will ultimately find their footing as a check on central banks and global monetary policies. “I do think there is a role for crypto in the future and that we are working on without speaking to any particular crypto coin, as a means of ensuring that the monetary system does not get completely corrupted.
While Elon Musk doesn’t see much use for government-controlled Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs), saying much of the monetary system is already digital.
