Prof Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR and former head of Nigeria Forensic Research and Evidence (NFRE) group, has condemned the gruesome murder of the housing member, Hon. Okechukwu Okoye, and his aide.
In his statement, Prof. Chukwuma Charles Soludo condemns the gruesome murder of Hon Okochukwu Okoye, and his assistant by the unidentified killer group. Soludo pledges to reward anyone with valuable information to track these killers
Cyril Chiegboka and Hon. Okechukwu Okoye was kidnapped on the road by the heartless and barbaric murderers on 15th May 2022, but never make it alive, as they were found dead, BEHEADED. See Thread here
Gov Soludo who has condoles with his kinsmen of Isuofia, Isuofia being the home community of the late Hon. Okechukwu Okoye, noting that it is probably the same criminal gang that attacked him, wounded him, and killed three policemen 2 years ago that are out again on the prowl.
But they will never get beneath free, he assured his Isuofia people and the good people of Anambra state in general that the state government is working behind the scene to get these killers to justice
As he condoles with his fellow citizens of the Isuofia community, stressing that it is highly likely to be the same criminal cabal that attacked him and killed three policemen at Isuofia two years ago who is out again.
However, Isuofia and the entire good people of Anambra state can never fear them, it's time for war against these killer gangs and criminals element, the government is working day and night to bring them to justice and make our dear state more secure, peaceful and progress
Hon. Okechukwu Okoye and Cyril Chiegboka paid a price, they were the victims of two vicious and heartless kidnapper criminals on the road on May 15 and today both are no more, there where killed in a heartless manner
The Governor expresses his distress to his Isufia community adding that they are likely to attack them again so everyone should be watchful
Security is now our collective business, in our best interest, these are fights we all must come together to fight and win together, the people of Isuofia and Anambra state at large will never submit
Governor Soludo has put a reward of N10 million naira on anyone or group with information that will lead to the advantage of the immediate arrest of these killers and criminals gang. In his voice, Ndi Anambra will soon turn into a hell for the criminal's gang.
Also, Governor Soludo wants to help alleviate concern Ndi Anambra of the government's resolute to resolve all insecurity in the state and his determination to bring back lasting peace across the Anambra state
He indicated a payment of N10 million naira reward for anyone who possesses valuable information that will help lead to the arrest of these culprits of this heinous act.
His administration will take more steps to reassure a secured Anambra state and are 100% determined to go against these killers and contain every other attacker across the state
