Character Is Destined Character is the destiny we often hear this, being a belief many people accept to be true. It is a statement that has been around us for centuries and it still holds till today.
While we all understand or can say that character is something that you are born with, it can be taught and developed over time, it came to be influenced by a lot of factors including our family, religion, environment, education, friends, associates, and many
Many people believe that character is what makes you who you are and it determines your today, tomorrow, and future. If you have good character as they say ''with focus and determination, then you will be successful in life.
But if you have bad character, lack focus, and determination, then there are highs possibilities that you will be unsuccessful in life, at least that is how most people think
Just the same way we are told that if you study hard in school, grab good grades while in school, just focus on coming out with the best certificates your life and future will be JUST great, and you will live to by a rich man or woman, unknown to us, the education system lied to us

A person with good character is reliable over the long term," Robert Greene says in his must-read book, The Laws of Human Nature.' I recommend you get that book and read it. Is it one of the best books ever written by a man that focuses on Human nature and the things we see in actual senses?

Then from their reactions, I kind of understand why we fail in life and easily judge others wrongly
We are quick to judge people; Blacks are like, Whites or Browns are like, women are like, men are like, these are the rich people, those are the poor people, and here are the poor of the poorest
Then the smart people, the better people. We often meet people with biased minds, even when we have not known the person too well, our judgments can go negatively, and as we grow older, our brains become harder, no longer curious or adventurous, no longer ready to learn new things, shut to new possibilities in life, rather
We believe we know all things, we know people, we know the bad ones, the good ones, the suspicious ones, and we profile people by race, gender, and how they sound and act. We often fall for the smooth talker, only to discover that there is nothing more to them.
What we should do, which many of us do, is to pretend for a day or more that everything that we may think we know about people is ok, life and the world could be wrong. What if we are wrong? most time we don't just feel like thinking that we may be wrong
That we should open up, remain curious, should treat every new person that we meet like a new country where we need to develop time to learn about, what we are about to discover its mysteries, treasures, adventures
That we should be open to learning more about life, the world, new places, new events, and people, and we should have that strong character that allows us to go beyond the superficial, because as Heraclitus, an ancient Greek philosopher concluded more than 2500 years ago, quoting that "Character is Destiny When We Are Ever Ready To Keep Learning And Growing In Knowledge not in superficial.
