Before her death a few weeks ago when the victim Mrs Ufuoma Eriera Chidozie posted on her social media wall complaining about the abuse she is going through in her marriage, a lot of people came to her asking her to keep her family affairs private
Some shade her asking her to please take the post down that not just her family, a lot of families, women, in general, are going through the same fate that she should keep mute
She has previously written, and posted across social media on multiple occasions explaining her fate and the abusive home she found herself in, some of the posts have generated a lot of reactions as people bashed her
Ask her to take the post down that every family has its problems now and there while asking her to stop bringing up her family's private matters on social media. Today she is dead, alleged to have been murdered by her husband who is supposed to love her and provide for the family of 5
As multiple reports write, police operatives in Rivers State Niger Delta part of the country Nigeria, have arrested one Mr Michael Chidozie for allegedly beating his 32-year-old wife and strangling her in their home in Port Harcourt, the state capital.
The couple had three children, the youngest one is aged five, seven, and 10. According to the report, some friends of the deceased alleged that her husband was in the habit of constantly beating her every day and night even without provocation.
Close neighbors claim that whenever Chidozie wants to physically abuse his late wife, he will lock her inside their apartment and pummel her to his satisfaction in order not to attract the attention of neighbors and this has been happening on a repeated basis
However, it was not clear what may have led to the last incident which led to the death of the mother of three boys.
The suspect is said to be a pastor in one of the Pentecostal fast-growing churches in Port Harcourt, Rivers State Nigeria, but has fled the scene after calling his late wife’s brother to say that there was an emergency at home.
But it was gathered that the suspect was arrested on Wednesday morning by police personnel attached to Agip Police Division, at the Mile 4 area, Port Harcourt, following credible intelligence track
