High blood pressure or hypertension is when the measure of the force of blood pushing against the blood vessel wall is too high.
Blood pressure is read in millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) and it has two numbers. The top number(systolic pressure) and bottom number (diastolic pressure).
High blood pressure, can lead to a number of health problems which includes but no limited to stroke and heart attack.
